Desktop app for macOS

macOS desktop app

Download openmud for Mac to get reliable folder sync, local file access, and the desktop-only project mirror workflow.

Use browser tools

Checking the Mac download...

Folder sync is desktop-only and mirrors project documents into a local Mac folder.
The web app still works for chat, projects, and hosted AI, but it does not own your filesystem.
The current Mac release is for Apple silicon. Browser tools also work on other computers.

After download: unzip the archive, move `openmud.app` into Applications, launch it, then set up your sync folder in Settings.
